Pamela Pauw Named Corporate Finance Manager for CTB, Inc.

MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Pamela Pauw has been named Corporate Finance Manager at CTB, Inc., according to Marc Plastow, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CTB, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. In this position, Pauw plays a crucial role in supporting CTB’s Milford-based Finance Team and provides essential backup for key financial reporting, audit, and business unit Controller functions.
A Certified Public Accountant with nearly 15 years of accounting, financial management and audit services experience, Pauw most recently held the position of Audit Senior Manager with a global financial advisory and professional services firm. She is bilingual and fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Pauw has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Goshen College, Goshen, Indiana, and earned her Master of Accounting Science degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois.
A native of Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, Pauw currently resides in Goshen, Indiana.
