Kauffman Named Senior Human Resources Generalist for CTB, Inc.

MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Kristy Kauffman has been named Senior Human Resources Generalist for CTB, Inc., according to Michael J. Kissane, Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer for CTB, Inc. In her new role, Kauffman will oversee, administer, and support the human resource practices, policies, and programs, and will provide assistance to the Human Resources Managers at CTB’s Milford, Indiana locations. In addition, she will support the CTB legal department, assisting with compliance, policy, and litigation matters that involve employee-related issues.

Before joining CTB, Kauffman spent over four years working in Bristol, Indiana, at a multi-stop truck manufacturing company as an executive assistant and client relations specialist. In this role, she provided comprehensive support to the President and the Director of Human Resources, collaborating with the HR department on various tasks. In her previous role as an executive assistant for a first-to-final-mile truck body company, Kauffman assisted the General Counsel with SEC filings and litigation preparation. She has over 20 years of administrative experience, including HR functions, event planning, and managing confidential information.

Kauffman is a graduate of Indiana Tech, Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she obtained an associate degree in business administration. She is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Human Resources and plans to graduate in June of 2025

A native of Valparaiso, Indiana, she now resides in Elkhart, Indiana.
