Denise Young Joins CTB as Human Resources Manager for PigTek Americas, Roxell USA and Cabinplant USA
MILFORD, Indiana U.S.A. – Denise Young has been named Human Resources Manager for CTB’s PigTek Americas, Roxell USA and Cabinplant USA, according to Mike Kissane, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for CTB, Inc. As the Human Resources Manager, Young will provide human resources talent management and employee relations support at the PigTek Americas’ Milford, Indiana facility; Roxell’s Anderson, Missouri facility; and Cabinplant’s Ball Ground, Georgia facility.
Young comes to CTB with approximately 17 years of human resources experience gained in the food distribution, forestry and biomedical industries. She has previously served in the positions of human resources manager, administrative human resources manager and human resources/payroll manager.
She has earned certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) as well as OSHA 511. Young has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s certification in human resources management, both received at the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona
A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Young currently resides in Elkhart, Indiana.
