Cisler Named Controller for Ironwood Plastics
Controller – Ironwood Plastics
IRONWOOD, Michigan, U.S.A. — Mary Cisler has been named Controller for Ironwood Plastics, according to Joe Redmond, Vice President and General Manager for the CTB, Inc., business unit. In her new position, Cisler will be responsible for the accounting operations of the company, such as the production of periodic financial reports, maintaining an adequate system of accounting records, and managing a detailed set of controls and budgets.
Cisler joins CTB with 17 years of experience in a variety of accounting and human resources roles, holding positions controller, accounting manager, accountant, and human resources manager. Most recently, she held the position of financial controller for an aluminum company where she was involved in leading the finance and payroll department, constructing monthly and annual financial reports, cash forecasting, and overseeing audits.
She is a graduate of Silver Lake College, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting and management. Cisler also obtained an associate degree in accounting from Lakeshore Technical College, Cleveland, Wisconsin. She earned an Aware Certificate – Inspiring Leadership from Lakeshore Technical College.
A native of Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Cisler currently resides there.
