Applegate Named Human Resources Generalist for Brock Grain Systems

Human Resources Generalist
MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Rachel Applegate has been named Human Resources Generalist for Brock Grain Systems, according to Paula Haines, Human Resources Manager for the CTB, Inc. business unit. In her new role, Applegate will coordinate and implement Brock’s recruiting and onboarding processes at the company’s Frankfort and Vincennes, Indiana, locations. Additionally, she will manage and administer the company’s human resource and safety practices, policies and open enrollment for employee benefits for those locations.
She joins CTB with eight years of experience in fulfilling organization staffing needs and requirements. Applegate’s professional history includes positions as a human resources administrator, an account manager for recruiting and staffing services, and a human resources assistant. Prior to joining CTB, she was a human resources administrator for four years with a national food cold storage company.
Currently, Applegate is actively pursuing a human resources management certification through Western Governors University, Millcreek, Utah.
A native of Kirklin, Indiana, she now resides in Russiaville, Indiana.
