Michael J. Kissane, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer – CTB, Inc.
Michael J. Kissane is the Executive Vice President and the Chief Administrative Officer for CTB, Inc. He joined the company in 1992 as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
As Chief Administrative Officer, Kissane oversees CTB’s legal, human resources, transportation, people development and recruiting functions. He is also involved in the execution of corporate policies and initiatives.
Kissane has been a practicing attorney since 1982 and is licensed in both Indiana and California. He currently serves on several boards, including Kosciusko Community Hospital, Kosciusko Economic Development Corporation, Kosciusko Community Development Corporation and Sacred Heart Parish Pastoral Council. Also, he’s a past board member for Cardinal Services, Kosciusko County United Way and Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund.
Kissane holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University, in Bloomington, Indiana, and he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, in San Diego.
